The way between Neumühle in the south and Oberer Mühle in the north of the administrative district of Roth is linked by 17 mills.

Living, retailing and running riding schools – these are only some of the mills’ functions in modern times, whereas Schweitzermühle is still fully dedicated to its original function of milling grain.
